Peanut Butter Cookies
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar, plus some for rolling
3/4 cup peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
2 cups flour
Pre-heat oven to 350*.
Cream the butter, sugar, peanut butter, vanilla and brown sugar.
Add flour. Mix well.
Roll dough into balls. Then, roll in sugar.
Flatten slightly with a glass.
Bake for 8 minutes.
